The center is founded on providing the best possible clinical outcomes, with a strong focus on innovation through research and training the next generation of experts. Infrastructure includes a dedicated clinical research and analytics team, and clinicians serve as faculty training medical and surgical residents.

About the Role

Franciscan Digestive Care Associates is recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) general gastroenterologist to practice in Silverdale and affiliated metro area hospitals. This position is located at St. Michael Medical Center in Kitsap County, part of a high-energy, hardworking, and tight-knit team that creates a supportive and fun work environment.

You will practice in a collegial, multidisciplinary care environment with superb support staff. The role involves a mix of outpatient and inpatient work with shared call responsibilities. We pride ourselves on practicing high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered medicine. The ideal candidate is an exceptional clinician with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.

The location offers a beautiful setting on the Peninsula, surrounded by water, mountains, and fresh air. The hospital campus, built in 2020, features views of the Olympic mountains and is near walking and hiking trails. It is an ideal place for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, and whale watching. For those who prefer city life, Seattle is just a ferry ride away.
