About the Role

We are seeking a team-oriented, part-time General GI Physician to join our established practice in Santa Cruz. This role offers a unique opportunity to integrate into a collegial and autonomous work environment where you are treated as a person, not a number. You will partner with experienced community gastroenterologists to share call duties, ensuring a manageable schedule with a 1:5 weekday call and 1:9 weekend and hospital call ratio.

Beyond clinical duties, this position includes teaching opportunities to precept advanced practice providers and future residents. You will have access to dedicated teams for efficient workflow and a marketing representative to assist in building your patient panel through various media resources and community connections. The practice is conveniently located with an endoscopy center, hospital, and clinic all within walking distance.
