The Fund Accountant (BOS) serves as a specialized accounting partner for commingled investment portfolios within the business line. This role is critical to the accuracy and timeliness of net asset value execution, leveraging advanced fund accounting technology to manage key aspects including transactions, capital stock, expenses, corporate actions, cash management, and special handling.
In this position, you will be the primary contact for derivative valuation inquiries and a key driver in identifying and resolving breaks. Your day-to-day involves managing daily production reporting, monitoring issue resolution, and ensuring all outputs meet strict departmental standards for quality and timeliness. You will contribute to management reporting (including Clarity, PVCs, past dues, and R&A analysis) while gaining a holistic understanding of how your function impacts the broader firm. The role requires balancing multiple tasks efficiently under resource constraints and actively contributing to division-wide process improvement activities to drive individual and team productivity.
