About the Role
As a Janitorial Floater, you play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring consistent service and a clean, safe environment across multiple client locations. Unlike standard household cleaning, this role involves expert-level techniques learned through our paid professional training program.
In this position, you will step in where needed to cover staff shortages at various buildings, maintaining facility cleanliness to our high standards. You will also support management by assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who can work independently, stay on task without constant supervision, and adapt to different site-specific cleaning procedures.
