Our teams are comprised of hardworking, dedicated individuals who work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ranging from hot outdoor environments to refrigerator and freezer settings. A thorough and comprehensive training and safety program provides the skills our associates need to be successful.
We are currently hiring for Outbound (Shipping) positions on the 1st shift with a 7 AM start time. This role involves receiving or selecting stock efficiently to fulfill orders, relocating merchandise according to handling guidelines, and sorting, organizing, and loading items for shipment. Associates will also unload incoming shipments, perform general cleaning duties, and participate in inventory counts. The position requires interacting effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership, while providing input to management on process improvements and ensuring product quality and safety standards are met.
While hours are not guaranteed, full-time employees average 30 to 35 hours per week. We offer several schedule options to fit different needs, including fixed weekly schedules (Monday–Friday, Wednesday–Sunday, or Friday–Tuesday) and rotating weekend schedules. Starting wages range from $22.25 to $28.25 per hour, with pay scales increasing annually based on tenure.
