ALDI is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our Store Manager Trainee program. This role is designed to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to lead your own store, delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive work environment for your team. You will collaborate with experienced leaders to ensure operational excellence and drive sales growth. The program offers comprehensive training within a supportive culture that empowers you to thrive. Trainees will work full-time, averaging 45 hours per week, and must be flexible to travel to multiple locations within their division to complete their training.
Hiring Process
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess prior experience in a retail environment and management. Employment may be contingent upon ALDI's receipt of an acceptable and job-related drug test, motor vehicle report, and/or reference check, as applicable and permissible by law.

Requirements
