About the Role
As a Full-Time Driver, you will serve as the backbone of our food distribution network. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about community service and want to make a direct impact on the lives of those we serve. While the primary focus is on the safe and reliable transportation of food and supplies, the role also offers a dynamic day-to-day experience that blends driving with warehouse operations.
You will operate a 26-foot box truck to move food between warehouses, markets, and partner sites. When not on the road, you will transition seamlessly into warehouse duties, assisting with receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming products. This dual-focus approach ensures that our distribution network runs smoothly, requiring you to collaborate with the Food Market Operations Manager, Hub Coordinators, and volunteers to maintain an organized and efficient environment.
