About the Role
The iconic Waldorf Astoria property in New Orleans, The Roosevelt, is seeking an FT Cook (AM) to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items in accordance with established recipes, standards, and food safety guidelines. Your work will directly support the hotel's commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence, ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen meets our rigorous quality and presentation standards.
