Full-Time Assistant Store Manager (New Store)

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at ALDI, you will step into a dynamic leadership position where you play a pivotal role in shaping the daily operations and long-term success of your store. You will partner closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, foster a culture of teamwork, and ensure every customer receives prompt, courteous service. Your day will involve a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will assist in developing action plans to improve operating results, monitor the competitive landscape, and ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and merchandising. From managing schedules and training new employees to resolving customer concerns and overseeing inventory procedures, you will be the backbone of the store's operational efficiency. Hiring Process & Application

Training for this position will take place at a nearby location prior to the store's official opening. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess a minimum of three years of progressive experience in a retail environment. We look for individuals who can work both independently and within a team, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to lead others effectively.
