About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at ALDI, you will be a vital part of our leadership team, stepping in to support the Store Manager in driving store performance and operational excellence. This role is designed for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is eager to grow a team while ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
You will work alongside your direct leader to develop and implement action plans that improve operating results, while fostering a culture of teamwork and membership among employees. Your day-to-day involves supervising store activities, managing schedules, and identifying training opportunities to help your team members reach their full potential. From monitoring the competitive landscape to ensuring inventory procedures are followed, you will be the backbone of our store's daily operations, ensuring that every customer receives prompt and courteous service.
Please note that training for this position will take place at a nearby location prior to the store's official opening. This is a full-time position with an average of 38 hours per week.

Requirements
