About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at ALDI, you will serve as a vital partner to the Store Manager, stepping into key leadership responsibilities to drive store performance and team growth. Success in this position requires a balance of strategic thinking—such as monitoring the competitive environment and providing product feedback—and hands-on execution, including maintaining store cleanliness, safety standards, and accurate product handling.

Requirements
