This position serves as the frontline ambassador for our fuel center, dedicated to ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for every customer. The role exists to uphold our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety while managing the daily operations of the station. You will be the face of the company, delivering "Customer 1st" behavior and fostering a cooperative atmosphere even in high-paced or stressful situations.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of customer interaction and operational duties. You will assist customers, manage the cash register, and answer telephones, ensuring every transaction is handled with professionalism. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to maintaining the physical integrity of the fuel center, including performing daily tours and inspections, cleaning up fuel spills, and recovering stock displays.
Safety and compliance are central to your responsibilities. You will be tasked with filling out incident and security reports, maintaining compliance documentation, and adhering to all safety guidelines and emergency procedures. Whether interacting with minors, individuals with special needs, or older adults, you will provide support with patience and care, acting with integrity regarding all business information.
