About the Role
As the Front Office Manager, you will direct and administer all Front Office operations to ensure outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This role is pivotal in maintaining the hotel's reputation for quality and innovation. You will manage guest service standards, room inventory, cost controls, and budgeting while leading a team through scheduling, training, and performance development. Your day will involve monitoring service trends, resolving guest concerns with a friendly and efficient approach, and implementing up-selling techniques to maximize revenue. You will also ensure compliance with company standards and act as a key liaison for local events and hotel amenities.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMonitor and develop team member performance through supervision, scheduling, and evaluations
- check_circleComplete audit procedures and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- check_circleManage all Front Office operations including guest service, registration, and room inventory
- check_circleMeet and greet guests to resolve inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner
- check_circleInitiate and implement up-selling techniques to maximize room occupancy and overall revenue
- check_circleRecruit, interview, and train team members to ensure current knowledge of hotel products and policies
- check_circleMonitor service trends, evaluate issues, and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements
- verifiedminimum one year of hotel front desk management experience
