Tucked away in the heart of Kennebunkport, Cottages at Cabot Cove offers a charming, coastal escape where personalized service and attention to detail define the guest experience. As part of the Kennebunkport Resort Collection, we are a portfolio of diverse, luxurious lodging and dining options offering stylish and unique hospitality in Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Our growing group includes Hidden Pond, Tides Beach Club, Cape Arundel Inn, and several other iconic properties.
We are seeking a warm, welcoming, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests and help create memorable stays from arrival to departure. In this role, you will set the tone for each visit—providing friendly, attentive service, managing reservations, and ensuring every guest feels right at home in our peaceful waterfront retreat.
Your day will involve greeting guests in a professional and hospitable manner, directing them to the main lodge or property, and managing the check-in and check-out processes with precision. You will serve as the central hub for guest inquiries, handling telephone services, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams via our internal systems, and ensuring the lobby and sitting areas remain pristine and welcoming. Whether assisting with luggage, explaining property amenities, or confirming reservations, you will be the face of our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
Join our community of ambitious, thoughtful, and dedicated hospitality professionals. At Kennebunkport Resort Collection, we encourage creativity, ownership, and problem-solving at all levels of our organization. We are committed to weaving diversity, equity, and inclusion into every aspect of our business and welcome you to make a community impact through our KRC Cares team, which partners with local leaders on initiatives like toy drives, beach cleanups, and charitable causes.
We offer customized learning opportunities to carve out a path for internal leaders, including annual conferences, mentorships, and company-funded leadership development. Our supportive, open workplace culture is designed to foster growth and work-life equality.
