Front End/Cashier

Day-to-Day Impact

You will be the face of the store at the register and the customer service desk. Your day involves more than just transactions; you will demonstrate the company's commitment to safety and integrity by verifying Electronic Article Surveillance tags, managing cash drops, and maintaining a clean, organized checkstand area. Whether you are handling complex refunds, processing money orders, or assisting with lottery and fishing licenses, you will ensure every interaction reflects our dedication to customer satisfaction.

The role requires the ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner and to act with honesty regarding sensitive business and customer information. You will also provide support to a diverse range of individuals, including minors, older adults, and those with special needs, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and meet specific age requirements depending on the location and duties (e.g., 18+ generally, 19+ in Idaho or Alaska for tobacco sales). The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work weekends, any shift, and overtime as needed.
