About the Role

The Front-End Web Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining user-facing web applications for Ayr Wellness. This role creates responsive, high-quality interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience across devices and browsers.

Reporting to the Senior Director Business Applications, you will design and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using the Next.js framework. You will deliver robust solutions while working closely with our marketing team, designers, and developers to support the company's digital presence and internal platforms. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to translate UI/UX designs into functional, accessible code.

Working Conditions

This role operates in a standard office or remote work environment. The position may require occasional collaboration across time zones. Some travel may be required for team meetings or company events. The role involves sitting and working at a computer workstation for extended periods.
