About the Role

As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. You will support daily front desk operations by supervising front desk agents, managing guest reservations, and addressing guest concerns with a warm, professional demeanor.

Your role is pivotal in maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment. You will assist in training and guiding staff, handle scheduling and shift coverage, and report directly to the Front Office Manager. This position serves as a critical stepping stone in the hotel industry, with a clear trajectory toward various management positions such as Front Office Manager, Director of Rooms, or Hotel Operations Manager.

Hiring Process

Applicants should possess a combination of education and experience, with prior hotel experience being a strong plus. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. The role requires physical flexibility to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as needed, as well as availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
