Robert Half is partnering with a top client to fill a short-term office coverage role. We are seeking an entry-level Front Desk Coordinator to provide essential front office support within a professional corporate environment.
This short-term contract is ideal for someone who thrives on interacting with people, staying organized, and creating a positive first impression for visitors and team members. The right candidate will bring strong communication skills, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset to the team.
As the first point of contact, you will serve as the face of the office, greeting visitors, clients, and vendors while managing the flow of the reception area. Your day will involve answering and routing incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, handling deliveries and mail, and ensuring the reception area remains clean and professional.
Beyond front desk duties, you will provide general office assistance by directing guests and supporting internal staff with light administrative tasks such as filing and data entry. This role requires the ability to work independently in a quiet office environment while maintaining a courteous and efficient approach to all interactions.
No prior years of experience are required; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. This assignment is available for a duration of approximately 2 weeks.
