About the Role
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and wellness‑oriented environment. This position is designed for friendly, organized, and customer-focused individuals who thrive in a guest‑facing setting. You will be the face of the hotel, responsible for crafting moments of tranquility and joy for our guests while ensuring a seamless and efficient experience from check-in to check-out.
