As a vital member of our front desk team, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is defined by professionalism, organization, and timely service. This role exists to maintain the seamless operation of our 24-hour front desk, acting as the central hub that connects guests with our housekeeping, engineering, and concierge departments.
Your day will involve anticipating guest needs before they arise, handling inquiries and reservations with accuracy, and resolving complaints with a positive, solution-oriented approach. You will manage key inventory, maintain detailed logs, and ensure the front desk area remains pristine and organized. Success in this position requires a pleasant speaking voice, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a deep understanding of our hotel's policies and procedures.
