About the Role

You will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone you serve. Your mission is to ensure all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food by providing the highest level of hospitality. You will continually go above and beyond to create a remarkable experience, using our CORE 4 model to make emotional connections and offering Second Mile Service that is personal, proactive, and generous.

Whether you are taking orders on the register inside or in the drive-thru, quickly bagging food with accuracy, or maintaining a clean and safe environment, your work builds great relationships with our guests. This role requires a willingness to serve others, teamwork, and a passion for detail. You will learn first-hand from an experienced Operator and leaders within the business, making this a stepping-stone to a successful future.
