As a Fraud Detection Representative working onsite in Charlotte, NC, you will bring humanity to business by providing white-glove support to customers of an asset and wealth management company. This client combines the entrepreneurial spirit of a start-up with more than 150 years of experience. Your mission is to protect people and businesses from fraudulent activities, contributing to the safety and security of digital ecosystems and helping create a safer online world.
In this role, you will serve as a critical line of defense, reviewing and analyzing cases to prevent and detect fraud. You will resolve issues and protect the interests of clients and their customers via phone or email. During a typical day, you will answer incoming calls with respect and empathy, monitor and analyze transactions to detect irregularities, and navigate multiple technologies while staying engaged with customers. You will utilize your analytical skills to identify patterns, determine required actions based on established procedures, and track all actions in a timely manner to meet audit and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud prevention strategies.
