About the Role
As a Foster Parent Recruiter, you will be the face of our organization in the community. Your primary mission is to expand our network of foster, adoptive, and kinship families by developing and executing strategic recruitment activities. This includes delivering public presentations and engaging with potential caregivers to share the vital work we do.
In this role, you will assess potential caregivers to ensure safe home environments and conduct home studies for prospective families. You will also facilitate pre-service training and manage family files within our Electronic Health Records system to ensure compliance with state regulations, The Bair Foundation policies, and COA standards. Because effective recruitment often requires meeting families where they are, this position involves frequent evening and weekend activities.
