The Financial Advisory Services (FAS) team at EisnerAmper is a diverse group of professionals from across the country, leveraging distinctive perspectives and specializations to meet unique client challenges. Our work spans reorganizations, Ponzi schemes, fraud, contractual disputes, matrimonial claims, intellectual property disputes, valuation, and forensic investigations.
Divided into three main arms—Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Forensic Accounting, and Transaction Advisory Services, Corporate Finance, and Valuation Services—we primarily serve lawyers and law firms of all sizes. We gauge success by the meaningful, lasting relationships built on institutional trust, innovative approaches, reliability, and consistent results.
