As a Forensic Anthropologist Postgraduate Research Associate, you will join the Department of Defense's Personnel Accounting (DPAA) team in Hawaii. Your mission is to support efforts to identify unaccounted-for Americans from past conflicts through technical and scientific analysis, forensic testing, and expert-level reporting.
This role requires a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who can correlate investigative evidence with laboratory findings to achieve casualty identification. You will prepare professional-level reports for submission to higher authorities, adapting your communication style to diverse audiences while maintaining a highly organized and precise approach to recording analytical results. The position demands the ability to work both independently and within a team, anticipating client needs and managing shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
Note: This is a 100% onsite position in Hawaii.
