Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSchedule and control staff to meet labor productivity and overtime targets
- check_circleDocument and follow up on department processes to implement operational improvements
- check_circleMonitor and ensure on-time and accurate production and catering of all flights
- check_circleEnsure compliance with government regulatory standards including FDA, USDA, OSHA, and HACCP
- check_circleConduct daily work group meetings to coordinate team activities
- check_circleGuide, motivate, and develop staff within Human Resources policies
- check_circleManage productivity hours and costs while initiating corrective actions for deviations
- check_circleOrganize, staff, and direct the area of responsibility to meet timely delivery schedules
Requirements
- verifiedTwo to five years of supervisory in food production, manufacturing or related work experience
