About the Role

Join us for a 20-week on-site paid internship in Oakdale, CA, from June 16 – October 31, 2026. This role is designed for motivated scholars eager to make a difference and start their professional careers in a positive environment. You will gain hands-on experience by uncovering inefficiencies, improving operational capabilities, and contributing to growth within the team.

Your day-to-day will involve working on several projects focused on continuous improvement plans, project planning, and quality enhancement. Beyond the technical work, you will network with peers and leaders across the company, gaining valuable insights into potential career paths. Your contributions will directly help shape our continuous improvement efforts and promote a high-impact culture.

Hiring Process

We are seeking individuals who are enrolled in a degree program with at least one semester remaining post-internship. If you are pursuing a degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related area and are willing to relocate to the manufacturing facility, we want to meet you.

Selected candidates will travel to our Omaha campus for Intern Orientation and an End of Summer Celebration. Professional development sessions are provided before and during the internship to support your growth.
