About the Role
The Food & Beverage Manager at Southernmost Beach Resort plays a pivotal role in coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of the outlet's operations. This position exists to maintain a profitable F&B outlet while ensuring high-quality products and service levels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who markets ideas to promote business, reduces employee turnover, and manages revenue and payroll budgets effectively. You will be expected to meet budgeted productivity targets while keeping quality consistently high, ensuring overall guest satisfaction through attentive and service-oriented interactions.
The Location
Southernmost Beach Resort is located in historic Old Town, expanding over 6 acres on a serene part of the island with Atlantic Ocean front views. The resort features gorgeous Key West architecture and offers all the amenities you desire in a beach resort. Just a short walk or bike ride from Key West's boutique shops, art galleries, eclectic restaurants, and non-stop nightlife, the resort spans over two city blocks and offers guest rooms that are located within easy reach of both the beach and world-famous Duval Street.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee all aspects of the daily operation of the F&B outlet

- check_circleAssist in menu planning and preparation
- check_circleMonitor quality of service and ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations
- check_circlePrepare and submit required reports including payroll, revenue, and schedules
- check_circleInterview candidates for front-of-house F&B positions
- check_circleImplement corporate promotions and maintain budgeted productivity
- check_circleCoordinate and monitor all phases of Loss Prevention in the outlet
- check_circleTrain employees on SOPs and technical job tasks
