About the Role
The Perioperative Flow Coordinator at Mercy Clinic Springfield - Surgery Center works under the direction of the Manager of Surgical Services to facilitate patient flow within the department. This role is dedicated to actively monitoring patient arrival and coordinating patient movement through the various stages of surgical care, ensuring the distinctive "Mercy experience" for all served.
This position operates in alignment with the established guidelines of practice, the goals of the Mercy Health System, and the philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy. It upholds the standards of the State Nurse Practice Act, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics, and the Employee Code of Conduct.
