About the Role

We are seeking a Flooring Crew & Foreman who demonstrates initiative, professional integrity, and a strong work ethic. As a self-starter with a competitive drive, you will play a vital role in installing polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic environment where meeting and exceeding production targets is the norm.

The role requires a high level of adaptability, including the willingness to travel, stay out of town, and work flexible hours, including overnights, weekends, and holidays. Whether you are on the crew or leading as a Foreperson, your contribution ensures the highest standards of quality and safety in every project.

Hiring Process
