Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleProvide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care
  • check_circleConduct aircraft safety briefings as needed
  • check_circleMaintain competency through ongoing training
  • check_circleFill open or vacant shifts as needed
  • check_circleAssist with pre-mission liftoff checklists and pilot support
  • check_circleComplete and submit electronic patient care records
  • check_circlePerform daily base checks including narcotic counts

Requirements

  • verifiedMinimum of three (3) years’ experience in a 911 or critical care setting
  • verifiedCurrent EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area required
  • verifiedBLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, trauma certification required prior to flight status.
  • verifiedFlight Paramedic-Certified (FP-C), required within 24 months.
  • verifiedNREMT-P certification may be required in assigned area.
