Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care
- check_circleMaintain competency through ongoing training and education
- check_circleEnsure safety standards are met prior to liftoff
- check_circleConduct aircraft safety briefings as needed
- check_circleConduct daily base checks and narcotic counts
- check_circleAssist with pre-mission liftoff checklists and pilot support
- check_circleComplete and submit electronic patient care records
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of three (3) years’ experience in a 911 or critical care setting
- verifiedCurrent EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area required.
- verifiedBLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, trauma certification required prior to flight status.
- verifiedAdvanced Certification (FP-C) preferred, required within 24 months from date of hire.
- verifiedInstructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS preferred.
- verifiedNREMT-P certification may be required in assigned area.
