The Role
As an LPN/LVN with Aveanna, you will provide specialized homecare to patients ranging from infants to adults. Your day-to-day may involve caring for patients with low acuity needs, such as those requiring feeding tube support, or high acuity needs, including those with tracheostomies and ventilators. You will work in various settings across Georgia, utilizing technology like tablets provided in each patient's home for electronic documentation.
We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, or PRN roles, with shifts available during days, nights, and weekends. We work with your availability to find the perfect fit. Additionally, we offer career pathing with opportunities for skill advancement and paid training, alongside 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians.
Hiring Process & Application
To apply, please ensure you have a reliable transportation method and an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice. If you hold a compact license, it must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification (with a hands-on component) and a TB skin test (current within the last 12 months) are required; Aveanna can assist in obtaining the CPR requirement after hire if necessary.
