Getting Started

We provide full support to help you transition into this role. To begin, you will complete the Direct Support Worker (DSW) training at no cost. If you do not currently hold them, we will assist you in finding courses for CPR and First Aid certification. Eligibility requires being at least 18 years old and passing a background check. Additionally, the friend or family member you care for must be enrolled in or eligible for the ALTCS program.
