Penske Logistics engineers state-of-the-art transportation, warehousing, and freight management solutions that deliver powerful business results for market-leading companies. With operations spanning North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, Penske helps businesses move forward by increasing visibility and driving down supply-chain costs. We are proud to haul freight for some of the world's leading brands, representing more than just our iconic yellow trucks.
Ready to put your truck-driving career in high gear? As a Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will join a team of professionals committed to delivering products safely and on time. This role is designed for drivers who thrive on movement and relationship-building. You will drive late-model, Penske-maintained trucks equipped with best-in-class specs for comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras.
Your day-to-day involves traveling regionally to work at various locations, performing multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships. You will unload trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages, scanning products as they are delivered. While dispatch times vary, you can expect to be away from home for 2 to 3 weeks per assignment, working from your assigned location for the duration. You will be representing both Penske and your clients, often driving branded trucks and wearing client uniforms.
It's about incredible customer service and building relationships with your accounts. When you drive for Penske, you are part of a stable, nationwide company known for having the best equipment, great management, clear communication, and a fantastic safety record. We offer tons of training opportunities, and with locations across the nation, you have the flexibility to move to a new city as your career grows. We pay every Friday and offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation and holidays from day one, generous retirement benefits, and excellent health care coverage.
To join our team, you must complete the Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history), and undergo a drug screening. We are looking for drivers who can work in a constant state of alertness and accept responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others.
Penske is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
