The Role
As a CDL-A Flatbed Driver, you will operate late-model Kenworth tractors hauling freight that keeps you earning. Unlike other flatbed roles, our freight is designed to maximize your time on the road: 40% of loads are drop-and-hook, and 40% do not require tarping. This allows you to focus on driving rather than complex load handling.
The schedule is built around your life. You will roll all week and rest at home every weekend, maintaining a rhythm that supports both your earnings and your personal well-being. Whether you are an experienced flatbed driver or new to the equipment, we have a path for you. New drivers can start with one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, followed by a second week driving with a flatbed instructor to build skills while earning.
