About the Opportunity

CRST Specialized Solutions is seeking independent Owner Operators to haul specialty freight across the country. As a Specialized contractor, you gain significant autonomy to choose your home time, loads, and schedule. This role allows you to run your truck and enjoy the profits of your own hard work within a fleet known for having under 30% turnover and best-in-class support staff.

The Role

This is a solo Owner Operator position focused on driving within the lower 48 states. The role includes a driver assist component, requiring you to handle the loading and unloading of freight. We offer a "Get Thru Home" program that provides bonus home time in short periods, giving you flexibility while maintaining stable miles with increasing freight availability.

Compensation Highlights

Our compensation model is designed to reward performance and consistency. We pay for all miles, and tolls are covered 100%. Contractors receive a fuel discount of $0.18 per gallon. The top 25% of our contractors gross $4,000 per week or more, typically staying out 3-4 weeks with 3-4 days at home while accepting 99% of offered loads. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires, and lease expenses remain low compared to the industry average.
