The Role
As a CDL-A Flatbed Driver, you will operate late-model Kenworth tractors hauling freight that keeps you earning. Unlike traditional flatbed roles, our freight mix is designed to maximize your time on the road: 40% of loads are drop-and-hook, and 40% do not require tarping. This allows you to focus on driving rather than complex load handling.
The schedule is built around a rhythm that keeps you earning and living well. Drivers are home every weekend, ensuring a balance between work and personal life. For those new to flatbed, we offer a supportive onboarding path: a week of paid orientation in Birmingham followed by a second week driving with a flatbed instructor, allowing you to build new skills while earning.
Hiring Process

Once hired, new drivers begin with a two-week onboarding program that includes paid orientation and mentorship.
