The Role

As a CDL-A Flatbed Driver, you will operate late-model Kenworth tractors hauling freight that keeps you earning. Our freight mix is designed for efficiency: 40% drop-and-hook loads and 40% of loads that do not require tarping, allowing you to focus on the road rather than on your load.

The role offers a rhythm that keeps you earning and living well, with a schedule designed to get you home every weekend. Whether you are an experienced flatbed driver or new to the equipment, the team supports your growth. New drivers without flatbed experience can start with one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, followed by a second week driving with a flatbed instructor to build new skills.
