About the Role

As a CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver in our Western region, you will be the backbone of our logistics network. This role involves transporting critical materials across regional and OTR routes, requiring a blend of driving skill and physical capability. Approximately 70% of our loads require tarping, and drivers must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice.

You will drive meticulously maintained, modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward-collision systems, and satellite communication devices. Our 24/7/365 road service ensures that if a truck needs repairs, it will not return to the road until it is 100% safe. Additionally, our award-winning Driver Portal app provides real-time updates, pay access, and direct communication with support staff.

While the role demands dedication, we prioritize your well-being with a 34-hour reset off most weekends. We also offer a $1,800 Transition Package to help you settle in, with $1,000 specifically allocated for your first two weeks of orientation so you can focus on driving while we handle the rest.

Hiring Process & Application

We are currently accepting applications from experienced CDL-A drivers as well as recent graduates (through May 31, 2026). To join our team, you must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a safe driving record. While 4+ months of driving experience is required, we prefer candidates with one year of experience. All applicants must pass a background check, a clean drug test, and a Clean Clearinghouse result.
