About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Denver, CO terminal (Division 272). In this role, you will transport critical goods and materials, including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

As a flatbed driver, you will be responsible for securing loads, with tarping required for approximately 70% of shipments. This involves the physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a task tested during orientation. You will drive the newest flatbed trucks, which are meticulously maintained and equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure and forward-collision warning systems.

Our drivers enjoy home time for the weekend and benefit from a supportive environment where safety is paramount. If you have questions about load securement, our team is always available to lend a hand. We also offer a transition package to help you settle in, with orientation pay for your first two weeks so you can focus on driving while we handle the rest.

Driver Support & Technology

We provide 24/7/365 road service and an award-winning driver portal app built by drivers for drivers. Through this app, you can access real-time updates, pay information, trip data, and contact support whenever needed. Our maintenance standards ensure that no truck leaves the shop until it is 100% ready for the road.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, you must meet specific qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and having a safe driving record. We require a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. For flatbed opportunities, you must pass the physical tarping test mentioned above.
