About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes based out of our Denver, CO terminal (Division 272). As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting critical materials across the western region of America. This role is designed for those who value a supportive team environment where safety and equipment reliability are paramount.
You will drive modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure and forward-collision warning systems. Our fleet is meticulously maintained; if a truck requires repairs, it will not return to service until it is 100% ready to ensure your safety. Drivers have access to 24/7/365 road service support and an award-winning driver portal app for real-time updates, pay access, and trip data.
The Driver Experience

Whether you are a new hire or a seasoned veteran, you will find a team ready to lend a hand with load securement advice and operational challenges. We offer a transition package to help you settle in, including orientation pay for your first two weeks so you can focus on driving.
Home time for this opportunity is typically home for the weekend. While we do not allow pets, we do permit riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving. For those interested in growth, we have seen drivers transition from company drivers to trainers and even owner-operators within our network.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must meet specific qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and maintaining a safe driving record. Candidates must pass a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. Additionally, flatbed drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement tested during orientation.
