About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes based out of our Denver, CO terminal (Division 272). As a driver, you will transport critical goods and materials, including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

This role is designed for drivers who value safety and support. You will operate in a fleet of modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward-collision systems, and satellite communication devices. Our 24/7/365 road service ensures that if a truck needs repairs, it will not return to the road until it is 100% safe.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, candidates must meet specific qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, a minimum age of 21, and a safe driving record. We require a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. Additionally, flatbed drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a test administered during orientation.

We understand that changing jobs is difficult, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package to support your move. This includes $1,000 allocated for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest.
