About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for our Denver, CO terminal (Division 272). As a driver, you will operate regional routes across the western region of America, delivering critical materials that support infrastructure and industry. This role is designed for drivers who value a supportive team environment where safety and equipment reliability are paramount.

You will drive modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward-collision systems, and satellite communication devices. Our 24/7/365 road service ensures that if a truck needs repairs, it will not return to the road until it is 100% safe. Drivers also have access to an award-winning driver portal app for real-time updates, pay access, and trip data.

Day in the Life

As a flatbed driver, you will be responsible for the securement of diverse loads. Approximately 70% of our loads require tarping, and drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform. We provide a supportive culture where experienced drivers and trainers are always available to offer advice on load securement.

Our drivers enjoy home time on weekends. While routes vary, the goal is to provide a balance that allows for family time. We foster a "family" atmosphere where drivers feel supported both on the road and at home. Many of our drivers have grown with the company, transitioning from company drivers to trainers, and even to owner-operators.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, you must meet specific qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and having a safe driving record. We require a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. For flatbed opportunities, you must pass a physical test demonstrating the ability to tarp loads.

Note: Owner/operators and trainees with less than 4 months of CDL-A experience are not eligible for the hiring bonus.
