About the Role
As a leader in our fitness services department, you will be directly responsible for the department's financial performance. You will partner closely with the Membership department to ensure initial fitness assessments are booked and that advisors are building value on tours. Your day will involve managing Personal Trainer payroll and expenses, developing lead generation strategies, and establishing sales goals for Fitness Consultants and front desk employees. You will also serve as the lead for all fitness products in the location, ensuring that PT presentations and fitness assessments are structured and standardized consistent with corporate standards.
