You will be the first point of contact for medical needs, responsible for delivering immediate care and managing medically related transportation. Beyond clinical duties, you will maintain First Aid facilities and equipment, conduct safety inspections including ride audits, and document all interactions through detailed medical records and reporting systems like STARS and GEMSIS. The position requires a unique blend of medical expertise and customer service, as you will also be tasked with resolving guest concerns and maintaining a courteous, professional atmosphere amidst the dynamic environment of a theme park.
