About the Role

As a Finish Surface Repair Technician, you will be the expert responsible for repairing and restoring the finish of various surfaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and possesses a keen eye for detail. You will utilize various tools and techniques to sand, polish, and apply coatings, ensuring every repair meets our rigorous specifications.

Your day will involve inspecting surfaces for damage, color matching stains and paints, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. While you will work independently, effective communication with your team and supervisors is essential for project success. We offer paid on-the-job training to help you master these skills, with opportunities for advancement and professional development as you grow with the company.

Please note that this position may require occasional night work and travel to job sites. A valid driver's license may be required for on-site assignments.
