As a top builder, developer, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firm, Mortenson spans diverse markets including sports, renewable energy, data centers, and healthcare. We are builders at heart, dedicated to ensuring the built environment has a lasting positive impact. Our mission is to "Redefine Possible®" by delivering projects that shape communities and industries.
Mortenson is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide critical financial and analytical support to the BLUvera manufacturing business and the I4 research and development team. This role is designed to deliver consistent, high-level support to Corporate Leaders, directly contributing to the company's strategic growth.
In this position, you will partner with management to develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), while leading return on investment (ROI) calculations for innovation projects. You will play a vital part in the monthly and annual budgeting processes, assisting in the preparation of labor and overhead rates for cost analysis. The role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to manage billing compliance, audit monthly processes, and support physical inventory counts. Your insights into production variances and ad hoc financial modeling will help influence management decisions and drive strategic planning.
