About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner to the Senior Director of Global Plan & Material, you will be the single source of financial truth for the Planning and Material teams. Your mission is to embed finance discipline into production planning, inventory management, and material procurement.
This role goes beyond traditional accounting. You will drive cost optimization, working capital efficiency, and budgeting processes while developing a deep understanding of operational realities. You will engage closely with warehouse, production, and planning teams to understand physical material flows, constraints, and risks, translating these into actionable financial insights. You will co-own the SIOP process with Supply Chain, linking demand changes to material spend and inventory outcomes, and provide data-driven support for critical business decisions including procurement strategies and new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleTrack, analyze, and challenge inventory KPIs including turns, slow-moving stock, and write-offs
- check_circleDesign and maintain reserve models for aged, excess, and at-risk raw materials
- check_circleDevelop analytical models to forecast inventory levels and quantify working-capital impacts
- check_circlePrepare and present comprehensive monthly inventory financial reporting and KPI dashboards to senior management
- check_circleEngage with warehouse and production teams to translate operational realities into financial insights
- check_circleProvide data-driven financial insights to support production planning and procurement strategies
- check_circleLead cross-functional initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and reduce waste
- check_circleDrive continuous improvement of global inventory accounting policies and procedures

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
- verified5-8 years in Accounting/Finance roles
- verifiedExperience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment
- verifiedUnderstanding of Healthcare Industry dynamics
- verifiedIn-depth understanding of Cost Accounting, Variance Analysis and Financial Reporting
- verifiedFinancial planning experience
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- verifiedExperience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
- verifiedExperience with BI tools like QlikView, Jedox, Power BI
- verifiedUnderstanding of MRP logic, safety stock, EOQ, and inventory turnover metrics
- verifiedExperience in working capital management
Nice to Have
CPA, CMA, CIMA, or ACCA certification. Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems as well as BI tools like QlikView, Jedox, Power BI.
