In this position, you will lead end-to-end forecasting for assigned business units, producing revenue, margin, and expense projections while performing variance analysis to boost accuracy. You will also drive monthly and quarterly close cycles, supplying timely financial analysis and key management metrics. Beyond traditional reporting, you will evaluate sales-incentive compensation programs to measure their effectiveness and financial impact, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
A significant portion of your day will be dedicated to modernizing FP&A by introducing new tools and technologies. You will design and deploy solutions using Power Query, Power Automate, advanced Excel, and emerging AI technologies to reduce manual effort and accelerate insight generation. You will also safeguard data integrity by reconciling financial information in partnership with Accounting and Operations, ensuring the accuracy of both management and statutory reporting.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to demonstrate a strong business acumen and the ability to rapidly develop a deep understanding of commercial functions, including revenue drivers, pricing levers, and workforce cost components.
